Don’t Let Your Inbox Take Over

When you know what you need to do, then stick to it and tell your team to do the same. It’s so easy to get distracted by the hundreds of emails that come into your inbox each day, but to combat this, set yourself an hour or two a day to deal with emails and for the rest of the time switch them off. Don’t be a slave to your emails; if you can stay focused on a daily basis, then you have more chance of staying focussed on the overall project.
